Fleet Wraps & Fleet Graphics

The team at Colographic specializes in designing fleet wrap graphics for vehicles ranging from trailers, semis, vans and work trucks.

Fleet graphics aren’t all created equal. The challenge of flawless installation on a trailer varies greatly from those involved in an interior or booth display. We work closely with you to create, adapt, and install a fleet wrap look that’s best for the challenge at hand. What may look great on a computer screen may require revision to work most effectively as a large-format design.

Our Fleet Wrap Work

We are experts in all types of fleet wrap graphics and related work.

Full Wrap: A full wrap covers the vast majority of a vehicle’s exterior, usually panels, bumpers, and even windows.

Partial Wrap: A partial wrap covers smaller target areas of a vehicle. Partial wraps are defined as vehicle coverage that is less than a full wrap but more than decals, ranging from 50-200 square feet. Coverage can be placed anywhere on the vehicle. Partial wraps can also include window graphics – solid vinyl or perforated vinyl – to complete the look.

Window graphics/film: Window graphics are signage and advertising products that attach directly to a window. Typically, they’re made from a type of vinyl film that you can see through called window perforation. When a graphic or film has one-way visibility, it appears as a solid image from outside, but from the inside of the window it looks like a black shade with multiple tiny perforations, allowing a protected view of the outside world.

DOT and VIN numbers: A DOT number is an identification number that allows the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) to monitor a company’s safety record and other information acquired during inspections and audits. The car’s vehicle identification number (VIN) is the identifying code for a specific automobile. The VIN serves as the car’s fingerprint, as no two vehicles in operation have the same VIN. A VIN is composed of 17 characters (digits and capital letters) that act as a unique identifier for the vehicle.

Magnets Car magnets are vinyl car stickers or decals with a magnetic layer. The magnetic layer enables the bumper sticker or custom decal to stick firmly to the sides of vans, trucks, cars, etc. Custom car door magnets are long-lasting and durable.

Door Decals: Door decals are cut with a Vinyl cutting plotter or printed directly onto vinyl. They are also called door decals, vinyl or wall stickers. They can be used to decorate a room for commercial use as a sign to promote a business, a service, or a brand on a vehicle or in a shop window.

Safety Stripping:  Safety stripping is reflective vinyl that’s put on vehicles including work vehicles, emergency vehicles, and utility vehicles. This reflective tape enhances the visibility of your vehicle from larger distances. Bright safety tape can be seen from thousands of feet away.

Unit Numbers: The Vehicle Unit Number identifies a specific vehicle often within a fleet of vehicles. If the vehicle is part of a fleet, you can set up a unit number structure that identifies the fleet and each specific vehicle within the fleet.

State Requirements: State requirements provide the state with access to other states’ actual title of records, including restricted information only available to state motor vehicle titling agencies.
